On a sad note a long-time supporter of Norths Val Moss passed away this week, Val’s funeral is Friday 8 June with the wake being held at the club from 11.30am.
The players in all grades will be wearing black arm bands this weekend in their games as a tribute.
Val was a long time supporter of the club having served in the kitchen when Norths won their 1980 Grand Slam.
