Preseason training is now underway. Sessions are every Tuesday and Thursday from 630-800pm.
Tuesday the 26/11, 03/12 and 10/12 will be gym and pool session held at Ipswich State High School, Hunter Street, Brassall. Cost will be $2 for use of the pool. Bring runners and a towel. (map of location is below)
Thursdays are at Norths as usual. Don’t forget the kitchen is open and meals can be pre-ordered before training. You won’t find better value Pub-Grub in town.
