Keeping the Tigers watered

With the heat that is forecast for the first weeks of the football season, it is essential that our young Tigers are well hydrated before they take the field.

The best way to do this is to start sipping water 2 to 3 hours before they play, if their system is well hydrated before they play it is easier to keep them hydrated during play.

Drinking a litre of water 10mins before they play is not much use, just makes them go to the toilet

Sipping  water over the 2 to 3 hours before they play, loads their system up and doesn’t just go to their bladder.

Drinking water when they are thirsty is too late, they are already dehydrated.
