Hi all,
At last we get to have another crack at the Brethren, one win a piece in A Grade should make for an enthralling contest, Boss (A Grade Coach) Joey (res Grade) Dan (Under 18) and Shaun (C Grade) have picked strong teams for this weekend despite several players out with injury. Being at the Oval is like a home game to the boys who have played both Brothers and Goodna at their home ground twice this year, so I know they are up for it. The excitement is building in what should be a great day of Rugby League.
There has been a good response from our sponsors who will be attending the day and the club would like to acknowledge Jade and the Leagues club for catering the event. Following on from the successful under 6 day our under 8’s get a chance to show their wares this week. Don’t forget Meals are back at the club Sunday after the game.
To make the weekend just a little bit bigger the 1982 and 1987 reunion is on this Saturday at the Clubhouse entry is $10.00 with finger food supplied all players and supporters welcome.

Friday 27th at the Den player night, the boys are having a relaxing night in the downstairs bar $10.00 entry and $2.00 pots from 6.00pm to 9.00pm with Lingerie girls helping sell raffle tickets etc. this goes towards the players grand final night celebrations.
Thursday August 2nd Players photo night at Briggs Rd all players to wear training shirt, shorts and socks.
Friday 28th September Presentation Night at the Conference room at the North Ipswich Reserve, tickets on sale soon.
