Preseason training update
Preseason training is now underway. Sessions are every Tuesday and Thursday from 630-800pm. Tuesday the 26/11, 03/12 and 10/12 will be gym and pool session held at Ipswich State High School, Hunter Street, Brassall. Cost will be $2 for use of the pool. Bring runners and a towel. This Saturday night we will be hosting our annual awards dinner. The night will be held at the North Ipswich Reserve Conference Centre from 6.30pm for a 7pm start. Dress code is semi-formal/cocktail.
